This page explains the relationship between the informational marketing website and cancellation or refund requests for Roadside Assistance purchases completed in the separate storefront.

This static website does not display live prices, take payment, complete purchases, or create customer orders. There is therefore no transaction to cancel on this website.
3. RSA storefront
The storefront shows the cancellation conditions, refund rules, and servicing information that apply to the selected Roadside Assistance plan. Review those details before purchase and keep the order confirmation and customer certificate.
4. Cancellation requests
Send a request through the support channel shown in your order information or contact Infinra support. Include only the information needed to identify the purchase and describe the request.
5. Refund review
Eligibility depends on the selected plan, purchase status, service usage, applicable conditions, and any legal requirements. Submission of a request does not by itself confirm eligibility.
6. Processing
When a refund is approved, processing time can depend on the original payment method and financial institution. The support team will provide the applicable status information.
